I also believe that physical health is just one of perhaps eight core areas that contribute to your health and happiness. This plan is structured to introduce you to each of these areas, and to teach you all the tips, tricks and techniques needed to manage each area in turn and build a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
You’ll learn to enjoy the journey, just as much as the destination by recognising the power and control you actually have over the outcomes within your life. You’ll build trust within yourself, by forming new habits that more accurately align with the goals you want to achieve, and master new skills that help you better manage your time and day-to-day life.

I had always been in relatively okay shape, but quickly lost my fitness and life balance after starting full-time work. Through the 60 Day Plan, I manage to reduce my body fat % considerably without feeling i'd missed out on having a social life or eating freely. The biggest win however, was the time and life management skills I learned on the program. I don't think I've ever been as mentally strong or taken as much control of my life as now.

The 60 Day Plan helped me reevaluate what was most important to me. What started as a weight loss goal turned into a confidence one; I actually gained 2kgs, lost 4% body fat and now feel stronger and more confident than ever.
