FIRE: Bodyweight HIIT
No equipment, no problem. FIRE is our bodyweight only HIIT class. All you need here is yourself, preferably a yoga mat for some core work and a positive attitude. And if you can't bring the latter, I will do all I can to make sure you leave in a better frame of mind than when you came.

FLEX: Dumbbell Workout
Grow stronger and leaner with this dumbbell only, instructor-led workout. With minimal kit, all exercise work by time, not by reps making it the perfect strength based workout for any and all abilities. Classes are 30mins and include a warm up, main session, finisher and a cool down.

FLOW: Stretch & Sweat
Just as we understand that training is required to improve our physical fitness, such is also true for our mental fitness. Flow is our stretch and sweat based workout that focuses on core work, time under tension and balancing the mind and body through exercise and breathing techniques.
